From a small idea to bring truly safe and enjoyable online entertainment to life, 98kiss has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted entertainment platforms. This is our story.
98kiss is more than a name – it is a commitment. A commitment to deliver an honest, safe and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every user in Malaysia. We started with one simple goal: build a platform we would use ourselves and confidently recommend to the people we care about.
Throughout our journey, 98kiss has grown not through heavy marketing spend, but through genuine user trust built organically through word of mouth. Satisfied users share their experiences with friends and family, and that is how the 98kiss community continues to grow to this day.
We understand that trust cannot be bought – it must be built one transaction at a time, one experience at a time. That is why every decision we make, from interface design to security systems, always starts with one question: is this truly good for our users?
"We don't want to be the biggest platform – we want to be the most trusted. User trust means everything to 98kiss, and we will never take lightly the confidence placed in us."
— The 98kiss Management TeamSix core pillars that shape the identity and strength of 98kiss as Malaysia's online entertainment platform
98kiss uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols to protect every transaction and user personal data. Our security systems are regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure there are no exploitable vulnerabilities.
Over 80% of 98kiss users access the platform via smartphone. That is why every aspect of 98kiss – from the interface to the deposit and withdrawal process – is designed specifically for a smooth, fast and intuitive mobile experience with no large file downloads required.
With over 1,000 game titles from more than 30 world-class providers, 98kiss offers a variety that is truly unmatched. From classic slots to Live Casino with real dealers, interactive bingo to table games – it's all on one platform.
98kiss understands what Malaysian users need. We support FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, debit cards and cryptocurrency – all with no additional processing fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed quickly, most within under 5 minutes.
The 98kiss support team is available anytime, day or night. We offer real-time live chat, email, and Telegram with an average response time of under 3 minutes. Your issue is our priority — not just a ticket number in a long queue.
Every 98kiss member is entitled to a wide range of rewards — from welcome bonuses and weekly cashback to a loyalty program and regularly held seasonal promotions. The more active you are, the more exclusive benefits you can enjoy as a loyal 98kiss member.
Every major platform starts with a small first step, and 98kiss is no different. We did not appear overnight as a fully-formed platform — we grew alongside our community, learning from every piece of feedback and continuously improving to deliver the best.
This journey has not always been easy. There were technical challenges, moments where we had to make tough decisions, and times when we had to rebuild what we had already created. But every step back brought us two steps forward, because we have always held on to one principle — users first.
Today, 98kiss stands proudly as one of the most stable and trusted online entertainment platforms in Malaysia. But we are not stopping here – our roadmap for the years ahead is more exciting than ever.
98kiss launched operations with its first collection of slot games and a core payment system. Within the first month, we had already received over 5,000 new member registrations from across Malaysia.
We signed agreements with over 10 international game providers and launched our first Live Casino category, making 98kiss a one-stop destination for all types of online entertainment.
The 98kiss mobile app launched for Android and iOS, giving users access to all games and account management directly from their smartphones with a fully optimised experience.
98kiss became one of the first platforms in the industry to fully integrate DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, making deposits and withdrawals simpler for Malaysian users.
98kiss celebrated a historic milestone when active member numbers reached 200,000. We launched a tiered loyalty programme and a more comprehensive rewards system as a tribute to our dedicated community.
Major investment in new security infrastructure, including an AI-powered identity verification system, real-time transaction monitoring, and an encryption upgrade to TLS 1.3 — delivering maximum protection for all members.
98kiss reached 500,000 registered members and continued expanding the platform with new games, exclusive promotions and ongoing improvements driven by feedback from our community.
Not just a slogan – this is a principle we live by every day in every aspect of 98kiss operations
We believe users deserve to know what happens with their money and data. Our bonus terms, game payout ratios and withdrawal policies are stated clearly with no confusing fine print.
There is no compromise on security. Every cent you keep in your 98kiss account is protected by strict encryption and fund segregation systems. User funds are never mixed with the company's operational funds.
98kiss exists because of our community. Every improvement, every new game and every promotion is planned based on real feedback from users. Your voice is heard and valued here.
We take our members' well-being seriously. 98kiss provides deposit limit tools, break periods and support resources to ensure entertainment stays healthy and within control.
The online entertainment industry evolves fast, and we embrace that. The 98kiss technical team continually evaluates new technologies to keep our platform relevant, fast and better than ever.
All games on 98kiss use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent accreditation bodies. This ensures every spin, every card, and every dice roll is truly random and fair.
A great platform is built by a dedicated team — meet some of the faces that keep 98kiss running every day.
The team that ensures every button, every screen, and every flow in 98kiss feels natural and enjoyable for Malaysian users.
Talented engineers who develop and maintain the 98kiss infrastructure to ensure the platform runs smoothly, quickly and securely at all times without interruption.
Cybersecurity experts monitoring threats 24/7 and ensuring the 98kiss platform always meets the latest security standards and regulatory requirements in the industry.
A friendly support team always ready to help you resolve any query or issue quickly, accurately, and with genuine empathy at every interaction.
We recognise that online entertainment platforms carry significant responsibility. Not everyone plays the same way, and not everyone is in the same situation. That is why 98kiss invests not only in technology, but also in programmes that ensure entertainment stays within healthy boundaries.
The 98kiss Responsible Gaming Program includes a range of practical tools available to any member at any time. You can set daily or weekly deposit limits, activate a cooling-off period or temporary account freeze, and access dedicated support resources if gaming starts to have a negative impact on your life.
Beyond that, 98kiss also actively contributes to the local community through various social initiatives. We believe that business success should be shared with the community that sustains it — not kept solely for shareholder gain.
At 98kiss, we see ourselves as more than just a business. We are part of the Malaysian community, and we understand that entertainment – in any form – must come with responsibility. Here are some initiatives we run on an ongoing basis:
98kiss runs regular awareness campaigns within the platform to remind users about the signs of problem gambling and how to seek help.
Every 98kiss customer support staff member undergoes specialized training to identify and handle situations involving users who may need additional support.
98kiss partners with independent organisations that specialise in responsible gambling to ensure our programme consistently reflects international industry best practices.
Join over 500,000 Malaysian users who have trusted 98kiss as their go-to online entertainment destination. Free registration, a simple process, and a welcome bonus await you.
